Welcome to our 2025 Inside Vendors,

It’s time to begin planning for the 2025 Rockingham County Fair to be held on August 11-16, 2025.

All inside vendor applications must be submitted through the Rockingham County Fair's online web application process. Before completing the online form, please note:

  • Applications are due by Friday, May 30, 2025, so that we may get contracts out as soon as possible.
  • Once you have received the contract, please read, sign and return. you must also review the Rules and Regulations and initial your acceptance. Contracts, certificates of insurance and payment must be received by Tuesday, July 1st.
  • If you are not purchasing insurance through Rockingham County Fair, a Certificate of Insurance that specifically lists Rockingham County Fair Association, as additionally insured during the fair dates must be provided. Be sure to include time before and after to cover your set up and tear down days.
  • For new vendors, contracts will be generated and spaces assigned after Friday, May 30th deadline.
  • No exact spaces are guaranteed.

Application Process:

  • Use the application below to apply to be an inside vendor:
  • Before submitting your completed application you must read and then accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking the “Accept Terms” box.
  • Again, this year is a $25 application fee that must be paid at the time of the application. This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied to the exhibit rental.
  • To complete your application submission, click on the “Submit” box
  • This site is the only site to be used to apply to be a 2025inside vendor at the Rockingham County Fair.

Prices for 2024

*Rates are based on date in which application is received and booth size as noted. Additional spaces are available for an additional charge on a limited basis.

If your vendor application is accepted, a contract will be sent to you on/or before Monday, June 3rd via the email provided in your online application.

Signed contracts with insurance certificates and payment will be due by Tuesday, July 1, 2025. A $50 late fee will be assessed for all contracts and insurance certificates received after the July 1st deadline.

Please note there will be a 3% convenience fee added for card payments (American Express not accepted).

Cancellations after Tuesday, July 1, 2025 will not be refunded!
