Welcome to our 2025 Inside Vendors,
It’s time to begin planning for the 2025 Rockingham County Fair to be held on August 11-16, 2025.
All inside vendor applications must be submitted through the Rockingham County Fair's online web application process. Before completing the online form, please note:

Prices for 2024
*Rates are based on date in which application is received and booth size as noted. Additional spaces are available for an additional charge on a limited basis.
If your vendor application is accepted, a contract will be sent to you on/or before Monday, June 3rd via the email provided in your online application.
Signed contracts with insurance certificates and payment will be due by Tuesday, July 1, 2025. A $50 late fee will be assessed for all contracts and insurance certificates received after the July 1st deadline.
Please note there will be a 3% convenience fee added for card payments (American Express not accepted).
Cancellations after Tuesday, July 1, 2025 will not be refunded!
